Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Flanges are composed of approximately 17% Chromium, 4% Nickel, 3-5% Copper, and 0.07% Carbon, with small additions of Manganese, Silicon, and Niobium. This precipitation-hardening alloy offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 1000–1300 MPa, yield strength up to 1170 MPa, and hardness ranging from 28–44 HRC, depending on heat treatment. 17-4 PH flanges maintain superior toughness and high performance in both mild and corrosive environments, making them ideal for demanding applications.
