Stainless Steel 310H flanges are composed mainly of iron, with 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, up to 0.10% carbon, and small amounts of manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, and nitrogen. This high-carbon version of 310 offers enhanced strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Mechanically, 310H flanges exhibit a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. They maintain good toughness, oxidation, and corrosion resistance up to 1100°C, making them ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure industrial applications.
