Nickel Alloy 201 flanges are composed primarily of nickel (≥99.0%) with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon (≤0.02%), silicon, sulfur, and copper. This alloy is known for excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in caustic and reducing environments. Mechanically, it offers good ductility, toughness, and strength at both high and low temperatures. The typical tensile strength is around 370 MPa, with yield strength about 105 MPa and elongation of 40%. Nickel Alloy 201 flanges maintain stability and resist graphitization under elevated temperature conditions.
