Copper Nickel 90/10 Flanges comprise approximately 90% copper and 10% nickel, with small additions of iron and manganese to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy offers excellent resistance to seawater, biofouling, and stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for marine and industrial applications. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 275–380 MPa, yield strength around 105 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%, providing a good balance of strength and ductility. The material also maintains excellent thermal stability and weldability for reliable performance.
